1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KlypDesk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. By creating an account — whether through email registration or third-party authentication (e.g., Google) — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Description of Service

KlypDesk is a platform designed for photographers and creative professionals to manage client galleries, bookings, proofing sessions, video cinemas, and related workflows. The Service includes file storage, client communication tools, payment processing integration, and public-facing content delivery.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content (photos, videos, documents) you upload to KlypDesk. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clients.

You represent that you have the right to upload and share any content you submit, and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of KlypDesk require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlypDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your content before permanent deletion, which occurs 30 days after account termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
